Jamie joined YHB Wealth Advisors as a Client Services Associate in July, 2018 with over 20 years' experience in the wealth management and finance industry. Prior to becoming a member of the YHB Wealth team, Jamie held various high-level positions as the Client Service Coordinator for a national brokerage firm as well as Independent Registered Investment Advisors.
She puts her expertise to work at YHB by handling daily client service interactions including opening new accounts, processing the transfer of assets between custodial firms, submitting requests for disbursement of funds, working with compliance staff, and handling all client service inquiries.
Jamie holds the Series 7 Securities license, and serves as a Notary Public for verification of YHB Wealth client identity and signatures when required.
Randy Beeman has more than 15 years of experience managing financial assets for individuals, retirement plans and businesses. Randy joined YHB | Wealth Advisors in January of 2018 and serves as the Director of Wealth Management. He was a co-founder of the Wise Investor Group in Reston, Virginia and co-hosted The Wise Investor Show on WMAL 630 AM and 105.9 FM in Washington, D.C., and the Midweek Update podcast heard on iTunes. Randy was named to the list of Barron’s “Top 100 Financial Advisors” in the United States each year from 2009 to 2013. He is the co-author of Value Returns: Wise Investing for the Next Decade and Beyond.
Prior to entering the professional wealth management field, he enjoyed building entrepreneurial business ventures from start-up to eventual sale and providing accounting services for public and private firms. Randy received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA in finance from Shenandoah University.

Tom Moler, CPA is passionate accountant who loves working at YHB, Tom has been with the CPA side since beginning his career in 1984. He has a B.S. in accounting from Shepherd University and has been recognized as a “Master Rainmaker” by the Rainmaker Academy and a “Super CPA” by Virginia Business magazine. Tom has been with YHB Wealth Advisors since its founding in 2017.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants; additionally he served as Chairman of the Board at the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and was a former Trustee at the Loudoun Healthcare Foundation.
Over the years, Tom has provided a variety of tax and business consulting services to closely held companies, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, with a focus on medical, law, engineering, and consulting firms. In addition to having served on the YHB board of directors, Tom champions our Professional Service Firm team and is heavily involved in developing our Government Contracting practice.
As a leader of our firm, Tom is personally familiar with the challenges and issues professional service firms must deal with. Tom uses this experience to help clients with entity selection, tax planning, benchmarking, compensation formulas, forecasting, profitability improvement, and succession planning, including assistance with mergers and acquisitions. His team excels in providing government contractors with financial projections and analysis that helps control costs, improve cash flow and make decisions that advance their success.
In providing services, Tom tries to put himself in the client’s shoes and ask himself what he would do to address challenges, increase profitability, and plan for the future. His goal is to become part of a client’s team as an objective, third-party advisor who can help separate emotion from decision-making, so the client maximizes the long-term health of its organization. When he encounters a need that lies outside his main expertise, Tom brings in the right people from YHB to do the job. His measure of success is not how much fee he collects, but how good the client feels about the service his team provides.
Curtis Thompson, CPA.CITP, CISA joined YHB | CPAs & Consultants in 1995, with a B.S. degree in accounting from Shepherd University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association.) Curtis has been the Chief Compliance Officer with YHB | Wealth Advisors since it's inception 2017.
Curtis developed his business acumen through owning a retail store and serving as the general manager of a regional oil company. At YHB | CPAs & Consultants, his work in the tax department and consulting with small businesses continued to develop this experience. Throughout his time at YHB he has provided IT audit and consulting to clients, even while holding the position of the firm’s IT director for several years. Now, as head of the YHB Risk Advisory Services Team, Curtis focuses on assisting organizations in a variety of industries with SOC Audits, internal audits, and IT-related audit and consulting services. He frequently speaks and gives presentations on Cybersecurity, internal controls, and IT issues.
As a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Curtis brings highly specialized training and knowledge to bear on client needs. This expertise, as well as his real world business and technical experience, has given him a broad understanding of both IT and operational processes, which makes him especially effective at analyzing and evaluating the controls over these processes. Also, because he’s worked on the management as well as the technical side of IT, Curtis excels in explaining to management the business risks associated with various IT issues.
Adrian Taylor, CPA began her career at YHB | CPAs & Consultants in 1999, with a B.B. A. from Old Dominion University. She is a Personal Finance Specialist (PFS) as well as certified in Strategy & Performance Management from Mentor Plus. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA). She is also an Evaluator for the VSCPA Educational Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee, past president of the Dental Clinic of Northern Shenandoah Valley, serves on the committee for the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley Business Forum Luncheon and a Board Member of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber. Adrian has been part of YHB | Wealth Advisors since its inception in 2017.
Adrian provides individual and business tax planning, compliance and consulting services to a broad range of clients ranging from family-owned businesses to personal service corporations. She works with businesses and their owners, as well as other successful individuals, with strategic and financial planning.
Adrian specializes in providing tax and financial planning services to individuals, partnerships and corporations. She has extensive experience with the tax and financial challenges business owner’s face. The Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) certification allows Adrian to combine her tax expertise with her knowledge of financial planning to provide clients with comprehensive financial strategies.
Scott Moulden, CPA, has been with YHB | CPAs & Consultants since entering the accounting profession in 1988 and with YHB Wealth Advisors since its inception in 2017. He has a B.S. degree in agricultural economics (emphasis in accounting) from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a volunteer for the Frederick County Fair Association.
He has extensive experience in providing accounting, tax, and business consulting services to closely held companies, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in the area. Over the years, he has worked with businesses of all sizes in a variety of industries, especially manufacturing, franchising, wholesale/distribution, retailing and agribusiness, as well as with the individuals and families who own and operate them.
As someone who grew up on a farm and was involved in his family’s business, Scott understands the challenges and needs of closely held businesses and what it takes to meet them. He specializes in helping businesses and their owners save tax, minimize risk, and operate more efficiently by using financial statements and projections as decision-making tools. He is especially skilled in advising YHB clients about financial controls and helping them negotiate favorable terms with banks and suppliers.
Scott has a hands-on approach to client service that’s based on taking time to develop an understanding of key concerns facing the client. Then, he works with the client to arrive at a plan of action he or she is comfortable with. In advising clients, he focuses on helping them understand how their money is being spent, so they can spend it more efficiently.
